My role changes per project, but the core stays the same.
I bring structure, keep overview and support where needed.
What I do?
Before I make sure everything is prepared, from planning to suppliers and communication.
During I’m present, approachable and aware of what’s happening. I connect teams and participants and adapt where needed.
After I reflect and look at how things can be improved.
How I work?
Overview and execution. Structure and flexibility. People and organisation. I move easily between different roles and help things come together.
