I step in when a project needs structure, when many parts come together and someone needs to keep an overview and make sure things move forward.

I work across different projects, from international events to multi-day experiences. My role can cover planning and logistics, teams, partners and on-site execution.

I’m comfortable stepping into an existing project, but can also help build something from the start.
