Especially in projects where a lot is happening at once.
Where teams come together, something is being built, and everything leads up to a specific moment.

That energy, that complexity, is where I feel at home.

My role may change from project to project, but the core stays the same:
I’m a generalist. I create structure, keep overview, and support where it’s needed most.

This is me

I've always been drawn to working with people.

Different places, different teams, different ways of doing things.

That’s where I feel at home.

I work as a generalist in the space where everything comes together: planning, communication, logistics, people and experience.

I see what’s needed and I step in.

What I do?

Before a project starts, I make sure everything is in place.

From planning and coordination to communication and suppliers.

During the project, I stay focused and aware.

I’m approachable, I connect and I adjust when things shift (because they always do).

Afterwards I take time to reflect.

What worked, what didn’t, and where things can be improved next time.

How I work?

I don’t believe in rigid plans that can’t adapt.

I work best in environments where there are many moving parts, where things need to come together, and where flexibility matters just as much as structure.

I stay close to what’s happening, on the ground, with the people involved.

That’s how I notice what’s needed before it becomes a problem.

I ask questions, keep communication clear, and make sure things keep moving in a practical way, without it being noticed.

Where I add value?

I bring calm and clarity to complex situations.

Whether it’s planning, communication, logistics, or being on-site during the project itself.
I make sure people stay aligned and that things move forward.

Not by taking over, but by supporting the process and the people within it.

If you’re working on something where many things need to come together,
I’d love to hear about it.

Let’s connect.
