For 13 years, I worked within a watersport retail environment, where I was responsible for the daily operations of the business.
From office management and logistics to sales, marketing and supplier coordination, I was involved in all aspects of running the shop. I also worked with international brands and contributed to product development and events.
This experience forms the foundation of how I work today, hands on, responsible and focused on keeping things running.
