Vrithink’s Night Out is an international speaker event that brings together design, business and networking.
It is organised by Vripack, a design studio specialising in yacht design and engineering, working on projects around the world.
After seven editions in Amsterdam, the event took place in Dubai, creating a new setting where all elements had to come together.
My role & skills
I was responsible for the overall management of the event, from planning and approaching speakers to coordinating everyone involved.
My role focused on bringing the different elements into one cohesive experience, ensuring everything aligned on both content and execution.
A following edition was fully prepared but cancelled shortly before due to COVID, requiring flexibility and the ability to adapt to a new situation.
